I'm writing my final dissertation for a degree in Politics, I am particularly interested in International Security and terrorism and have specialised in these areas alongside American politics and International Relations. Is it with or against me to tell the consular officer of American Embassy that Last year I applied for Canadian immegration and that I'm waiting for my papers to be ready to go there .
( I mean is it a good proof that I'm tied with my country for at least 4 years which is the legal time that immigration visa takes ) in order to get B2 visa noting that I have been asked by the American Embassy to include my application a letter explaining why should my application re-considered ( already refused )

I am a retired Ex-Pat living abroad. Ex-pats I know and Nationals all ask me continually, "Why do Democrats refuse to unite around WHOEVER is in power to fight the ENEMY which are Islamic Muslim fanatics NOT BUSH and Republicans !!!!

I spoke with four brave Marines 2 Soldiers and 3 Airmen on
R & R. I greeted them and thanked them for their dedication and service. I then invited them to dinner.

They asked me...as a Disabled - Retired Vietnam Vet...

"Why do Democrats like Kerry, The N.Y. Times, the Left-Wing Media and the neverending 'Bash-Bush-Blame America Leftist Democrats' continue to do what they are doing?

Don't they know it only serves to embolden the Islamic fanantics and eat away at US Troop morale"!

So say those wonderful Service men on R & R I bought dinner for last night.

I had no answer, what say you?

There are those that think the 'War on Terror' will "end" once the Terrorists are defeated militarily. This of course won't happen because the Troops were never fighting an army. It is also not learning and discarding the lessons of History. This particular enemy has a long memory and Bush will be gone in 18 months leaving the world to sort out the result of his folly.
