I LIKE W, HE REALLY ISNT AS BAD AS PEOPLE SAY, AND YES HE DOES MAKE MISTAKES, BUT THAT SHOWS THAT HE REALLY IS JUST A NORMAL PERSON LIKE EVERYONE ELSE, EXCEPT HIS JOB IS BETTER THAN MOST OF US: HE RUNS THE USA, HES THE MAIN PIMP.

Clinton by a landslide. What it all comes down to in the end is how much money people have and look at the unprecedented economic growth this country had during the Clinton administration. The country was moving along and the economy was humming, we had a balanced budget and everything was great. Then, along came Bush and took care of all the good that Clinton had accomplished.
I'd choose Nixon over Bush because he at least got us out of VietNam and opened up the door to having relationships with China.
And what has Bush done other than get us in a no-win, never-ending war in Iraq? The economy sucks, gas prices are at an all-time high while the oil companies are making billions in screwing everyone. And let's not forget the Katrina fiasco. Yep, Bush has done a fantastic job undoing all the good that Clinton did.

You can throw out Bill first as he is the one that did more harm to the US than either of the other two. then because of all the BS from Europe and the fact that W can't talk very well he is the next to go so that leaves Tricky Dick. Actually R N did do a lot of good for the US but mostly after he was out of office. Clinton was and is a blatent liar and gets away with it because he knows how to con people. Uses dirty tricks to degrade anyone that even tries to chalange him. I would say Bill Clinton was the worst president we have had since I was born. That is eleven of them. Gee Bill can't even make the top ten. Most likely he did make the ten worst.

Bill Clinton by far. The economy flourished. He kept us out of foreign quagmires (not one US soldier lost in Kosovo and we pulled out of Somalia). And he lied about something all but the most puritanical of us admit wasn't anyone's business but himself, his wife, and Miss Lewinsky.

Out of those 3 I would say Clinton. His only notoriety is that he got a ******** in the office.

The other 2? what needs to be said.

I miss the clinton years

Clinton accomplished alot..........
Are you better off today than you were 6 years ago?!

1)Under President Clinton's leadership, almost 6 million new jobs were created in the first two years of his Administration -- an average of 250,000 new jobs every month.

2)In 1994, the economy had the lowest combination of unemployment and inflation in 25 years.

3)As part of the 1993 Economic Plan, President Clinton cut taxes on 15 million low-income families and made tax cuts available to 90 percent of small businesses, while raising taxes on just 1.2 percent of the wealthiest taxpayers.

4)President Clinton signed into law the largest deficit reduction plan in history, resulting in over $600 billion in deficit reduction. The deficit is going down for 3 years in a row for the first time since Harry Truman was president.

5)The President signed into law the Brady Bill, which imposes a five-day waiting period on handgun purchases so that background checks can be done to help keep handguns away from criminals.

6)The President's Crime Bill will put 100,000 new police officers on the street. More than 1,200 communities have already received grants to hire 27,000 additional officers.

7)The Crime Bill also punishes criminals by expanding the number of offenses eligible for the death penalty and implementing the "three-strikes-and-you're-out" provision.

8)And, the Bill banned the manufacture of 19 specific types of deadly assault weapons, while simultaneously protecting hunters' rights by exempting over 650 hunting rifles.

9)President Clinton signed the Family and Medical Leave Act. The law, which covers over 42 million Americans, offers workers up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-guaranteed leave for child birth, adoption, or personal or family illness.

10)President Clinton expanded the Earned Income Tax Credit to cut the taxes of 15 million working families with incomes of $27,000 or less.

11)President Clinton granted waivers to 25 states -- half the nation -- providing for comprehensive welfare reform demonstrations.

12)President Clinton ordered the U.S. Justice Department to conduct the first-ever crackdown on deadbeat parents who refuse to accept financial responsibility for their own children.

13)Signed an Executive Order cracking down on federal employees who owe child support.

14)President Clinton has already cut the federal bureaucracy by more than 100,000 positions. Under the recommendations of the National Performance Review, the federal bureaucracy will be reduced by 272,000 -- its lowest level since the Kennedy Administration.

15)Under the President's Direct Student Loan program, students can borrow money directly from the government at a lower interest rate and with many flexible repayment options, including the option to repay with a percentage of their after-graduation salary. Taxpayers will save at least $4.3 billion over five years.

16)In 1994, over 20,000 AmeriCorps members tutored students, immunized children, reclaimed urban parks, and patrolled neighborhoods. In return, they earned $4,725 per year of service towards college tuition or job training.

You don't give people much of a choice.

I'd have to go with..."the crook". At least he wasn't an ardent globalist like W. & Bill.
