For me screaming works. Or punching something. I would recommend a punching bag. I have ended up with swollen knuckles several times after hitting walls, etc. But it was better than punching the person that ticked me off. It also helps to go for a walk.

Just take out that dirty bastards window!
Throw something and get it all out quick.
...Actually, my number 1 thing is really writing. Often I'd sit down and write a letter to the person or just in journal form and get everything out. I'd not actually send the letter but either throw it out or save it. Maybe I should walk around holding a notepad and pen to save on windows... Do you think the other angry person would take the time to write back?

I rarely get angry,but po'd sometimes. When I do,first I talk about it,then I don't feel I'm being heard,I get a little quiet,or workout at the gym. It doesn't last but a few minutes. I
