I was wondering, i have heard from a lot of people that China is not included in the U.N. because they violate human rights, however i have also been told that they are, and if you are not a member of the U.N. you are not a country. Thanks, Alex

Anyone who says the Constitution of the United States is a ‘living document’ is a budding fascist. Your rights should be carved in stone and immutable through any action of man.

Discuss.

i wonder what we could do as people of the USA to write a proposal to our politicians in Washington D.C who do not have a clue how to get their heads out of under the trouble we are in in Iraq? What solution could be presented to let them act now?

Seems damn convenient to me. He could have died any time in the last few years and it would seem less suspicious than dying right after sentencing and right before going to prison for good. I just know if I was his age, had his kind of money and connections, I would do anything to avoid dying in prison. What did he have left to lose?

I am qouting from another site:
=========================================
It seems the idea of American exceptionalism is not so much manifested in an actual difference between the US and other countries in terms of outward behaviour, but more in terms of a ‘truth' about the mental and moral superiority of Americans being actively reiterated by American culture to the American public via movies, television and political rhetoric. To generalise, all Americans are told every day in the media that only they know how the world really works, and only they know how it should be worked. In this way, the myth is kept alive.

It has been said that the US does not have an ideology, it is an ideology. US culture is riddled with patriotism, and too often it is not a ‘clean' patriotism, in that pride is felt about the United States in and of itself, but rather a ‘dirty' patriotism wherein everything that is not American is actively put down, ‘dumbified' or ridiculed.

When we bought our house 2 years ago,we were given an appraisal of $145,000.00,since we've added a new roof and finished an unfinished room(making an extra bedroom),while trying to refinance we find that the appraiser whom did the first appraisal was a friend of the bank pres.& house owner & "fudged" the numbers to help his friend sell his house,we recently had it appraised & it appraised @133,500.00, part.due to this we were unable to get financing. Is this a cause for a lawsuit?

Forget Wikipedia and dictionaries. Use your own brain. My brain says that "whining" is to complain about minor things. Some people label complaining about colossal blunders of a great magniture, e.g., the Iraq war, as whining. Who's right?

Israel has over 10,000 Palestinian hostages, hundreds of them children, and slaughters Palestinians of any age on a daily basis. When Palestinians take 2 Israeli hostages and kill two soldiers, Israeli bombs Gaza. Bombs out the power stations, the water reticulation; no electricity, no water, bridges blasted severing cities from each other. Gaza Strip, the most densely populated area on earth on account of Israel using it as a specially designed human garbage can where refugees are disposed off and hermetically sealed off from the rest of the world.. Brilliant, but unsuccessful. If you treat humans as garbage and they know that they are humans and not garbage, they will not quietly disappear. The racist Zionists will never sleep safe at night. You will never have the right to sleep safe at night. May you never sleep safe at night.

Property rods land markers
I would like to ask this question.
When you buy a piece of land and
You go thought a title company and they hire a survey crew to survey your land
And then you get your land description showing where all you steel rod markers are
And even get the micro film from the surveyor showing the same thing. Then 4 years later some person buys the land next to you and a different survey company comes out and they say the steel rods are not right and your back fence belongs to the land owner behind you and the last to survey it dose state that it looks like someone did move the rods what do you. Why buy title INS if they tell you there is nothing they can do to help matters. are there any links out there to this
