ultimate. under the Geneva convention pow's are entitled specific rights. besides the undeniable fact that, interior the context of the war on terror pow's are no longer seen pow's as a results of fact the bush administration thinks they are 'enemy warring events,' for some reason that's distinctive to pow. Cant understand that. additionally, after a war is over a pow could desire to be released, yet as you will discover the war on terror could only final an fairly long term so lower back the bush administration feels the could desire to by no skill launch them (Guantanamo.) additionally they torture human beings, and kill various harmless civilians.

The "truth" as you say, is much scarier then you're prepared to deal with. Also, you fail to mention that Bush has totally disregarded our Constitution by implementing spying programs aimed at the American people, and has severly changed the Bill of Rights protections for us citizens with his passing of the Patriot Acts. That the average American conservative does not see how un-patrioticand un-American these things are is way beyond me. His so-called "War on Terror" is aimed at US...not terrorists.

This man should be shot already. Hang em high...brother. Look at what this maniac has done compared to Nixon. We impeached Nixon....so....what the F*#%K is going on people!

The time has come to take up arms and storm the white house. This is what George Washington would want us to do. That's why they included this in the framing of the U.S. Constitution!

Dick Cheney is just as bad, we need to get rid of theses Morons now people!

i believe whole heartedly that him and the whole bush adminitration alike should be. all the oil money that was taken out of iraq should be returned with interest. considering germany was forced to pay back everything to the jews after what they did there is no difference with what the israel's are currently doing to the palestinians and what the americans and british have been doing to the iraqis, afghanis, vietnamese, koreans, etc...

The only crime I can see that he has committed thus far is that he didn't just blow the whole place up so our men and women wouldn't have to go to that god forsaken place. That and he should not allow our soldiers to be tried for "murder" while fighting for thier country. Happy you can ask these questions without fear of persecution? Thank a soldier!

The term "War Crime" is a misguided idea. War is a crime against humanity. It's like saying shooting someone is worse then stabbing them. The fact that there is fighting is the atrocity.

I thought Liberals say that this is NOT a war? I thought that Liberals said that the President is over-extending his executive authority (that's why he needs to be impeached)? So ... to what war are you referring?

How do you plan to apply this 'war crimes' charge to Al Qaeda?
