After they learn how to say "Not my job!" Just like the citizens that don't want to work, they will be allowed to intigrate into the State of their choosing.

I'm not talking about from a legal stand point. Strictly from an ethical standpoint. Here's the situation: Someone robs a bank. Things get ugly, people get killed and as the robber makes a getaway, he gets into a car crash and wakes up with amnesia. He has no clue who he is or what he's done. All he knows is that he is told that he's a murderer and a theif and that he's going to spend the rest of his life in prison. Is justice served?

And I'm not talking about if he says in court he doesn't remember if he should be aquitted. I am asking strictly from a moral standpoint, should this person go to jail or would justice better be served by taking this person as a clean slate and trying to fit them back into society?

This only confirms that those who resort to insults do not have a credible response to what was the mass murder of fellow Americans. All they seem to do is patronise you and talk about conspiracies. How could the world's most advanced country technologically and militarily be successfully attacked by 4 Jumbo Jets. Is it as the President said poor pilotship? I find it hard to believe.

What's the score with Tony Blair wanting to commission new nuclear power stations? They may be environmentally friendly in the short term due to a lack of carbon emissions. But in long term? Britain has had nuclear power stations for 50 years and they still don't know what to do with the waste. Uranium remains hazardous for thousands of years not to mention the possibility of a nuclear accident.

I read a lot of anti-immigrant chatter here, but I notice that more and more Americans are using the same tonal "sentence end rise" typical of Mexican street Spanish. Calling it "Valley-speak" may fool some people, but discerning polyglots can spot it immediately. It is particularly prevalent in young people and I've detected it on both coasts. The only other instance of this type of intonation occurs in certain Irish populations, but that variation is developed locally, without outside influence..

Is this one a precursor of things to come, ese?

It's apparent to everyone that the stress is getting to you. Even your friends are abandoning you. Just go someplace where you are welcome. Like Nazi Germany.

This is an injury/accident lawyer. I met with the investigator and signed the contract they said they'd get right on it, i do think they are a good team of lawyers. My last Lawyer i hired didnt even call me i waited after a 2 weeks and called them , left messages no one ever called me back, kept calling and they gave me a big ole run around then dropped my case after 2 months. I told them to send me my files and all they had was a phone number to the other guys lawyers. So anyways i knows its only been a day but how did your previous experience work when you hired an attorney?

I have a great old friend who is a repubican from Midland, Texas.

When we talk politics, we never argue. The other day we were talking about N.Korea and I was stating my view on diplomacy and he was stating his on ... we can kick their butts if they mess with us. That is a common view of his. hehe

Anyways, THE POINT... I realized later that you know what.. we need each other in this society.

If everybody was a far left liberal like me then we probably would be an isolated country because I don't want us in other countries' business at all. And I realize that we need the guys like him that are ready to go kick **** when they are ask.

Then on the other side, if everybody was like him the world would be at war a lot more and there would probably be one world leader.

The POINT IS LOCATED HERE:
I recognize that he needs my diplomacy while I need his willingness to protect us at all cost.

Anyone else agree? It's ok if you don't just play nice if you can :)
