I think you would need to check with whichever country you are intending on going to......for sure have your passport up to date.

Be wise, be vigilant. Remember that man is not a high moral creature. Be on good terms with everyone, trust no one implicityly knowing they are only human. Some, not even that.

Research the place you are going to, question your motives for going there and why and if you think you can make a go of it and remain them. Do not base your motives or movements on media hype.

You will be in a real situation with real people. Think along those lines and you stand a fighting chance.

It depends where you want to move. It is tought process. I moved from Russia to US and it wsa not very easy. But if you are serious and know what you are doing, I'd say go ahead and do it.
