I was horribly disappointed in 2000 when I only had McCain or Bush to chose from in the primaries. But in the subsequent elections, Bush was like Einstein Superman compared to the dullard eco-nazi Gore and the hollow traitor Kerry.
No, not ashamed at all of voting for Bush. He's been a good, not great, president. Too liberal and big-government for my conservative taste, but has been right with his economic and foreign policies and his picks for the judiciary.
It's going to be fun to hear the moaning when the GOP retains their majorities in Congress in November. I'll have some Thorazine handy for you to take - how's that for being charitable? :)

The war? He opposed and supported it. Gay rights? He opposed and supported them. The existence of WMDs? He said they existed, and he said they didn't. The second amendment?
