If someone tried to get you in a dangerous situaition by making themselves out to be someone they arnt, and you no its not the first time and he will be doing it as long as he gets away with it and its in a perverted and chilling way, you have information to prove it his address names well alot, but the way you obtained is illegal so you would be putting yourself in a situation with having to answer questions to the law,or would you take another option which may shock and stun him in to not doing it again, which has no sort of come back on yourself? please tell me what you would do if it was real to you!

Anyone who is not willing to fight or stand up in the face of the abuse of others is a pitiful, yellow, weak, selfish, misguided, uncaring, and evil person! Why? They would let the weak be abused and do nothing. They would run and hide as the innocent die. They would watch like a frightened child as those who cannot defend themselves are brutalized. They are shameful!

That's well intentioned, no doubt about it, but utopic.
I live in South America and there has always been people without any type of ambition who only thinks about having kids to make them work for them.
Why do they deserve better if they never work?
Maybe is hard for people in the US to imagine that, but is true.
Just imagine 50% of your population trying to live on Wellfare, no economy would resist that!
The proof of that is this new wave of left-handed governments like Chávez, Morales, Lula, Kirchner, Tabaré, Bachelet, etc

Do we turn a deaf ear to the thousands of families with or without children that are litterly starving to death? Do we turn a deaf ear when theres nowhere to turn to, to get the help they need when the rents due, or the money just isn't there to feed them? Do we turn a deaf ear when we see people sleeping in their cars in front of schools full of woman, men, and children waiting until school starts so that the kids can eat? Then why do we turn a deaf ear on America when foreign countries cry for help? R we not important anymore?

Under Bush administration logic, these tactics were not illegal under U.S. law because U.S. law was trumped by the law of war, and they weren't illegal under the law of war either, because Geneva Convention prohibitions on torture and cruel treatment were not applicable to the conflict with Al Qaeda.

But the real blockbuster in the Hamdan decision is the court's holding that Common Article 3 of the Geneva Convention applies to the conflict with Al Qaeda — a holding that makes high-ranking Bush administration officials potentially subject to prosecution under the federal War Crimes Act.
