you should go to the police, they will turn a blind eye to the way you got the information. at the end of the day, he is the guilty one. people that make other peoples lives a misery should be locked up. if you are in a position to do that, then you should. i wish you luck, be careful.

if you obtained his info ilegally, ie off a computer, the police wont be able to act, so do it anonymously. Crimestoppers, social services, which ever is best. you dont say what this person has done, but you could always ring a solicitor and ask them for advice, or citizens advice beurau.

i,d go to the police
firstly you may not be the only person this creep is putting in a 'dangerous situation'
secondly giving him a nasty shock may only make things worse
let the police handle him
good look

I would do what you are suggesting only if I was guaranteed safety. If this person is behaving this way, it could backfire on you. It's probably best to bow out of the situation and maintain a distance.

Report it...as soon as possible. Otherwise, something might happen to some innocent person, and you'll regret not acting sooner. Insist your anonymity is preserved when filing the report
Good luck

Alert someone in authority , This can be done anonymously, otherwise you have to live with the knowledge you could have done something to help others .
How is your conscience ?????

Don't take the law into your own hands, hand all info to the police & let them deal with it.
