When one thinks about it all the USA military Branches are high-tech. If you are looking for land technology the Army is obviously the 1st Choice (the Marines are slightly less, no M1A2s, Strykers...etc. but probably compensate this with training). Air Technology is a tossup between the Air Force and Navy (though I tend to lean towards the Air Force because asides from the stealth fighters theres also the satellites and the smart weapons). Naval Technology is...duh Navy territory. Overall though I would probably suggest Navy...ships and submarines have more technologies built onto them than even stealth fighters.

The Navy and Air Force are about the same depending on what you consider "High-Tech". The Navy uses nuclear technology to power its fleet of aircraft carriers and submarines, radar and sonar technology, aircraft with high tech avionics and weaponry, etc. The Air Force maintains and controls the nations nuclear arsenal, the worlds GPS system of satelites, steatlh aircraft, etc. The Army and Marines also have their share if "High Tech" equipment.

I believe that to be the Air Force.
The thing is all branches of the military are high tech anymore.

The Air Force, just google F-22 Raptor, F-117 Nighthawk, B-2 bomber, Peacekeeper ICBM, Pretty much the Air Force has the best toys.

The Army has many MOS(jobs) that are very high tech, they are just no advertised as much. Like Sattellite communications and Space command. Also, many Army Military Intelligence MOS's use very high tech equipment to analyze and interpret information from abroad.
Do no view the Army as just the Infantry and combat MOS's, because we are not.

While all of the armed forces employ advanced technologies, the Air Force has traditionally held a technological edge over the other branches.
