Yes, sleep walking is a bar to military service in most cases. It would probably have to go to a Medical Evaluation Board for a final determination once a diagnosis had been made by the medical authorities.

The Navy will if it's proven. I don't know about the other branches.

yes....but if someone were to attempt to fake it in order to get out it wont be worth their trouble....it's too easy to diagnose the real deal.
