IF America attacks Iraq and later on it is found that there was no reason of that attack but US president, to protect himself, gives a statement that Iraqi are tarrerist then what does it mean. Is here some reason to follow that statement? If Iraqi are tarrest then why innocent Iraqi people are killed? Can comeone help me? Are muslim tarrerist? i am totally confused. US president is on highest official post in this world, but if he says lie then what does it mean. PLZ PLZ answer my question

I'm reading an incredible book written by a survivor of the Rwandan Holocaust. What was America's take on that awful event? How much did we involve ourselves? I just don't remember that much about it. And after reading this book, I am ashamed that I recall very little about this atrocity.

Does anyone have any insight?

I don't see it as a holding that Bush is wrong, or lied....but that the SC would not allow the Presidents power to encompass placing suspected terrorists on trial...I think this could be a bad thing....what about you?

and, in hindsight, should've been allowed to secede from the Union? I mean come on, really. The South used to be purely Democrat, remember the "Southern Democrat"? But ever since blacks gained the right to vote (w/o poll taxes), the Dixiecrats suddenly became conservative Republican because Dems wanted civil rights for blacks. You have states like Texas that allowed itself to be Gerrymandered beyond recognition and Tennessee who still celebrate the Scopes Monkey trial victory. If in November and in the aftermath of Katrina and Rita, there are not more Democratic senators, governors, and congressmen from the South, I propose we just cut them loose. MS and LA are STILL in shambles but yet there is a Republican in office?! Where's the love? The fact is is that they will elect Reps b/c all the whites (who vote rep) had enough money and means to escape and rebuild later than 90% of all the blacks (who vote dem) who stayed and suffered.

How?
Won't the government still have to actively identify the illegals?
Won't this still take job from the illegals?
Won't the illegals still be here looking for more illegals work?
Wn't this bring about more illegals trying to get welfare?
Won't this bring an even bigger cry of, "If you are not going after the illegal, how can you go after the guy who hires him, aren't they two sides of the same coin?"
How will fining ONLY the employers but not punishing the tax-evading illegals help?
