The purpose for us to study history is to learn from past mistakes and understand how our world came to be what it is. However, its funny to see that the thing we learn from history is that we don't learn at all. History will always repeat itself. However, the repitition won't be exact and sometimes not as severe. Looking at our situation, its more than likely that we'll relive some aspects of history, and depending on the situation, the outcome may or may not be positive.
