IF America attacks Iraq and later on it is found that there was no reason of that attack but US president, to protect himself, gives a statement that Iraqi are tarrerist then what does it mean. Is here some reason to follow that statement? If Iraqi are tarrest then why innocent Iraqi people are killed? Can comeone help me? Are muslim tarrerist? i am totally confused. US president is on highest official post in this world, but if he says lie then what does it mean. PLZ PLZ answer my question

Oh little minds . The president lied with all his information coming from Clinton era appointed intelligence agency's. There is no way on earth that Bush had the opportunity or time to place real intelligent men at these jobs. So he had to believe these people were telling him the truth. He may be guilty of passing on a lie told to him but not making up the story himself. if you will remember most of the rest of the free world held the same views.
Remember the intelligence folks had training in truth fullness from their commander in chief Who did not have sex with that Woman.

Here's a brief history. Before the US invaded Iraq, the administration presented three reasons to the public. One, Iraq had WMDs. Two, Saddam Hussein would attack the US with its WMDs. Three, Saddam Hussein had ties with Al-Qaeda. Those were the three main reasons presented and you can take a look at old newspapers and see that that's true. First, WMDs were the product of not only the US intelligence agencies failure, but of other nations too (look at past newspapers and you'll see that some European countries came to the same conclusion). Second, I believe that the "Saddam Hussein would attack the US" was used as a scare tactic; my opinion. Third, Saddam Hussein had no ties with Al-Qaeda and Bin Laden and Hussein hated each other. But the main reason for invading Iraq was because of WMDs. Now, to answer the terrorist part. Hussein did support some terrorist groups, but I'm not so sure if he sheltered them in his country.
Not all Muslims are terrorists. Only a few of them are. Also, innocent Iraqis are being killed by insurgents (the majority of which are Iraqi) and foreign terrorists. And to answer your last question. If the US president lies, he should be held accountable and a punishment should emerge from his deception.

First the US is in Iraq as an occupying force. There have been reports of a civil war looming or possibly going on , plus all reports from the media are quotes from military leaders because it's too dangerous to let the reporters out on there own. The US is occupying certain parts of Iraq and that should be obvious an occupied nation can't start a civil war. The US can't be in control of the nation.
Second the war was for oil which is predicted to be running out about 2002-05 as predicted by geologists 30 plus years ago. US troops are in contol of Iraq oil - not Iraq. Common sense reading whats in and not in the paper.

Third Canada and not the middle east are the biggest supplier of crude oil - so it's about economic domination of a region.

The war in Iraq only needed a moral sounding reason and they said that the infamous Bin Laden was there and bang US forces invaded.

This had nothing to do with WMD and everything to do with establishing an outpost.As to terrorists - ask yourself why do you think they are fighting and what are they fighting for?

A. the only flaw in your question is that Bush is smart enough to not link Iraq to 9-11... he carefully uses the word "insurgents" usually... there is a reason for that...

B. Terrorist activity has picked up dramatically since the U.S. invasion... giving conservatives a nice excuse for why we are there... pre-US invasion it was practically nothing compared to the rest of the middle east...

in short... no one really seems to be able to prove why we are there... the Iran idea I guess has some clout, but we hardly needed to take over Iraq to invade Iran... it's not like Iran is some super military power... we have a modern military that would tear Iran's best units to shreds in days... if we invaded iraq for that... it was a huge waste of time, money and lives..

Well Sadam did have WMDs and we all (Clinton even) knew it. But our real reason for being in Iraq is to strategically get the jump on Iran. Afghanistan is on one side of Iran and Iraq is on the other. Iran is backed by China. You can see the cards stacking up here on the way to WWIII.
