The problem with Americans is that they take everything for granted and they dont place in others peoples shoes.

But, what if you were on the other side of the fence. what if you would have your children starving yelling daddy Im hungry and you feel impotent because what you make is enough to give them food just once a day (the lucky ones), you dont have many options so what would you do? Its a matter of survival, I would do the same thing if I would be in that position. Cross the border! make money and feed my family !

I am in the Navy, DEP. If I decide to change jobs and my recruiter finds out the new job is open and I am qualified, what would be the next step in the process? Would I be able to just have the job changed on my contract, I sign off and then I am finished?

Im agree that this country has to do something about illegal inmigration, cause theres not place for all those people and its a demographic problem.

But what pisses me off is when people refer to them as criminals, or even worse animals, they're human beings, dont ever forget that. Not all of them are criminals, even though some are, like any other race. They break a law and like any law broken there should be a penalty for that. But again, they are human beings and like any other person need to be respected. Im just surprise of how many people treat them like crap, its all about human dignity.

Dont forget that karma may catch you.

Soemtimes things get voted on that the people don't even know about, much have a say in what happens to the bill. How are we supposed to write our representatives and senators about legislation that is presented and voted upon in a single day? Politicians are a different breed of people in general, so they can't possible know the desires of all the people.

I have been working at a Kiosk in a local mall for abouy three weeks. To this day, my manager hasnt asked for my social securtty number or anything. He only knows my name and number thats it! Im a legal citizen and have no criminal records. He pays me a personal check so there is no tax off of my pay. But he screws around with my pay big time. What can I do? Can i nail him for paying me under the table or what? Plz help

Are we turning soft or are we protecting the "rights" of foreign nationals picked up on the battlefield? It is the executive branch's job among other things to direct operations that protect this country from overthrow. Are we tying their hands by this decision? Has the Supreme Court overgrown their britches or is this a legitimate area they are supposed to influence? Do they really believe they are upholding the law or are they grabbing more power than was originally intended for them? Maybe like many other cases they should have said they did not know and suggest the congress do their jobs by legislating before they feel the need to do so themselves.

Okay, the other day i got pulled over. The state tropper ask for resgration, insurance and id. I couldnt find any of thoes, so he told me to hand him my keys. Keep in mind all of my windows were rolled up except my driver and my window are power. I live on the beach and it is a bout 90 degrees. I told him i couldnt becasue i had a ten month old in the car and it would get to hot for her. But he still made me give him my keys. He took about five min. And i found my resgraiton. He told me to step out of the car, i reminded him that i had a ten month old in the car he said we will just be in the back of the car. He gave me three tickets, and a warning on my glass window. The three tickets were driving with out proof of resgriation, id, and insurance. He gave me my keys back and i was on my way. My question is was it legal for him to leave my baby in the car with out any circalation or ac for my baby, and was it right to make me get out of the car and leave her in there?
