I'm glad that the Supreme Court has finally woke up. They couldn't remain blind much longer. If Clinton was impeached for sexual indiscretions, then Congress should feel that Bush's behavior has exceeded anything that Clinton was accused of. He needs to be removed so he cannot keep plunging our world into chaos.

Well, in the general, it's the process of our government. All the President really has to do is involve Congress more in the process.

But I still think it's sad that our supreme court has seen fit to extend the protections of the Geneva Convention to terrorists. They absolutely do not meet the criteria. But, so be it.

It'll be interesting to see Congress' reaction to being asked to get involved in this. Will they stand on the Senate floor and speak for the protection of terrorists' rights?

that's no longer the case. the militia tribunal equipment that replaced into initially proposed has been shot down via the very terrific courtroom, yet that has no longer something to do with the launch of detainees from Guantanamo. additionally: Please end pretending that unlawful warring parties have some style of criminal prestige right here (or everywhere else). so as that they've been held for 3 years. So what? they're suspected enemies of the state. the different united states could have accomplished them via now.

Before you start planning parties, and dreaming of impeachment.

Here is what is going to happen.

Bush will put it in front of Congress, and they will have to vote. This means your Representatives won't be able to give any more lip service, they will have to put their money where their mouth is, and it will most likely go along the lines of withdrawing from Iraq.

I don't think, Bush could be in a better position at this time, on this issue.

because of the ruling, people will see that the president is overstepping the boundaries of the office of president, and intelligently question other decisions that have been made.

I think they're blowing smoke up our butts. This is a political diversion to make us think they're unbiased. Notice they made the ruling but no sentence or punishment for "Daddy's Boy".

This is something they can go back to when the handover the whitehouse to the new group of oilwhores.
