Im agree that this country has to do something about illegal inmigration, cause theres not place for all those people and its a demographic problem.

But what pisses me off is when people refer to them as criminals, or even worse animals, they're human beings, dont ever forget that. Not all of them are criminals, even though some are, like any other race. They break a law and like any law broken there should be a penalty for that. But again, they are human beings and like any other person need to be respected. Im just surprise of how many people treat them like crap, its all about human dignity.

Dont forget that karma may catch you.

someone that breaks an inmigration law its not a criminal. it is deportable but that doesnt make you a criminal. If it would be a crime act they would be mixed in jail with any other criminal. But breaking an inmigration law just makes you deportable, they just deport illegals they dont have to go through jail time, unless they commit a real crime, like murder, steal, drugs or anything like that.

If you had one hundred people that all broke a law...and were continually breaking it......how many of them would NOT be criminals?

Yes, they are human. However, they should come LEGALLY and respect our laws. When they do not, they ARE criminals. This does not mean they should be treated like animals, but they should be sent back and told to stay there since they obviously don't respect our laws. Respect should be mutual, not demanded without being returned. They are not respecting our country when they break our laws.

They are not only illegal in this country... they work various jobs, taking jobs away from the people who ARE here legally and that also isn't right. Since they are working illegally, they are not paying taxes and not helping to support our country. Some (not all of course) believe they should take over the USA!

I think we should be getting tougher on immigration laws - some places are much tougher. If you are only coming here so you can complain and collect welfare, don't come! If you do come to this country, do so legally, learn our language (preferably before you get here), contribute to our society, obey the laws, and you will have my respect.

Check this out as an example (Come if you are rich):
Acquiring Mexican Citizenship is an involved process, and it is not easy to do. As a minimum, you must have been living in Mexico for 5 years (2 years under special circumstances) and have resident status.
Retirees: If you are over 50 years of age, and want to engage in "non remunerative activities" and you are receiving funds from abroad (from a pension or other investments or fixed income) at least to the value of 400 times the daily minimum daily wage per month* and a further 200 times daily minimum wage per month for each dependent (e.g. spouse, children) then you can apply for a Retiree Immigration Permit. (Personal note... there are only 31 days a month, but you have to make 400 times the daily minimum wage per month?)
Investors: You can receive an immigration permit if you are willing to invest your capital in Mexico. You investment can be directed at industry or services, and must equal a minimum of 26,000 times the minimum daily wage in Mexico City*. (Note: that amount is = to about 72 people working 365 days a year or 84 people working a 6 day work week every week.)

Actually it is a crime, and at least some places on the border are starting to enforce that: "this year, a 190-mile stretch of riverbank that includes the small border cities of Eagle Pass and Del Rio became a "zero-tolerance zone." If apprehended by the U.S. Border Patrol, illegal immigrants are prosecuted by federal authorities for a misdemeanor, sent to jail for 15 to 180 days and then deported. If they are caught illegally entering the country a second time, they are eligible for a felony charge of illegal entry and as much as two years in federal prison."

...and my friend, they have their own country...do not pay tax here...and use services I pay for every day. I respect all people, but illegal aliens are here taking services and are here acting outside the system.

My message, come back in line like everyone else and I'll feel a lot happier when you ask me to celebrate your country's holidays. It would also help if you don't complain that its too much of an imposition to learn English. Learn the official language of this country and participate by paying taxes, applying for citizenship when you are able and live the american dream.

They are criminals because they are breaking our immigration laws to be here. Not only that they use fake IDs and SS numbers and steal other people's identities as well. All of these not only makes them criminals, but threats to national security as well.

DEPORT ILLEGAL ALIENS

Why is it that every time illegal aliens are discussed, I always hear the word 'respect'? Why always the demand that they be respected? Don't get me wrong, if I was born in that corrupt feudal system I'd be crawling under the fence to USA too. But from where does this cry of "respect them" come from? Even Fox said it.

Want respect? Go back to Mexico and make the revolution Mexico needs. That would EARN my respect. Do not come here and try to recreate the hellhole you fled. And take your flags with you, USA already has one, thanks.

I don't believe in karma.... If Karma were real, I would be in bad shape.
You admit they break a law, which is a criminal and not civil offense, then you say you don't want to call them criminals. PC at it's finest folks.....

I agree with you. We are not criminals. There are people that break the rules, but just like any other race. We should not be treated any different than any other race.

to start with, as they broke the law entering they become a criminal under the law. every one of them i know steals and take things all the time. its like a genetics as they come from poor countries where they take and steal to survive. it becomes a pattern and as they get older, they continue it here.

I often wondered why they hate these people so much, and I concluded they have no culture, education and the worse, lack of humanity.

Incidentally, a "law" isn't truly a law, if it isn't enforceable, no? So this so called law really shouldn't be, due to the fact it can't be enforced.
