illegals are here because the government lets them!!! To all the people that don't want illegals here, go complain to the government, elect someone that cares and that will get rid of this problem... If you tell the illegals "Go home" they won't, not just because YOU want them to leave, this is something the government has to do!! So what are you doing to get your point accross to them, the gov??? Do you thing they're in this forum reading your complaints?? I don't think so.....

Can one apply for temporary protected status if they have only been here for over 1 year? I am very confused on how that works. I have read so many different things. One said that they must be physically, continuously present in the U.S since Feb 2001. The other says a bunch of stuff about you can apply if you were here before the last designated TPS was granted.

Can anyone clarify this for me, please?

I have been through this before,in the 1960's in Miami.U.S.citizens just don't stick together, immigrants do.The stronger will prevails. The goverment looks for a workable solution,I.E. amnesty,in some form.If you complain, you are predjudice.Small fights and disagreement break out in schools, public places,no one supports the earlier citizens,YOU are the pariah.Complaining never helps ,you bitsh all day and the cavalry never shows up.Pretty soon they are in positions of authority. Now you are sunk.Time for YOU to migrate-LAST ONE OUT DON'T FORGET TO BRING THE FLAG!

when it is made into a gas it causes severe burns. It has caused many deaths in the past because people and/or animals have inhaled it. It has caused millions of dollars in property damge and has rendered entire cities uninhabitable. It is readily available to terroists, yet the government does nothing to ban it. Don't you think something should be done about it?

This is actually kind of funny. They did the same thing to us in Karbala last year... AFTER it became evident that the base there was going away, the local s**t disturbers started yelling VERY LOUDLY that the "U.S. MUST GO"!!!... then these same people would stand on the rooftops yelling about how THEY were responsible for running off the Americans.

Anyone who watches the news (Fox or CNN) can see that we are reducing our presence as we planned on doing all along and slowly replacing our troops (and coalition troops) with Iraqis... as it should be. Now you have the enemy offering "an olive branch" of sorts "IF" we leave in 2 yrs.... the world can plainly see we will have withdrawn the majority of our troops in that period of time.

if you are a Christian do you even care about the flag burning?

Do you "pledge allegiance" to it?

Do you think it is more important or special than any other piece of material?

If you do why? its just a piece of cloth nothing more nothing less that's it.

I think if you pledge allegiance to it or if you think its special and more than cloth you are committing idolatry, you only pledge allegiance to God that's it. ( if your Christian ).

If you don't do these things and are Christian its good to hear!

I tried to understand the logistics of this from the USPS website but I was confused. Can a first class stamp be used on any kind of normal size envelope? On the website it said something about a minimum size, which didn't make sense to me. How much faster is the mail delivered with a first class stamp? Are there any other restrictions on use that I should know about?
(i am trying to mail a letter to someone in Boot Camp and I know the regulations on mail are VERY specific)

Ive often read that the American people think that some or quite a few Arabs and Muslims in the Middle East hate them.

I would like to know why you think they hate you???
As in, what their reasons are!?

Im genuinly interested in what people think and Im Not in anway, shape or form trying to be sarcastic or offensive. If you are offended then Im very sorry. :)

This is just so I know what peoples opinions and thoughts about this issue are!

Thanks and God Bless. :)

What do you think about Ann Coulter? I personally think she is brilliant! A little rough around the edges at times, but her ideas and presence is one of the most dominant in politics today. What are your thought and have you read any of her books?

Looking for something in the Southeast, preferably (been looking into North Carolina specifically). To give an idea of historic charm, I currently live in Salem, MA and love everything but the weather and cost of living. Definitely NOT looking to move to California (too expensive). Otherwise open to suggestions. Thank you!
