when it is made into a gas it causes severe burns. It has caused many deaths in the past because people and/or animals have inhaled it. It has caused millions of dollars in property damge and has rendered entire cities uninhabitable. It is readily available to terroists, yet the government does nothing to ban it. Don't you think something should be done about it?

Rush Limbaugh told that joke 15 years ago. It's water.

"when made into a gas it causes severe burns." Steam.
"it has caused many deaths in the past because people and/or animals have inhaled it." They drowned.
"It has caused millions of dollars in property damage and has rendered entire cities uninhabitable." See Hurricane Katrina
"It is readily available to terrorists." Well, except the ones in the desert.
"Yet the government does nothing to ban it." Really?
