Can I sue character assassination? My grandmother (worst person of the word, mean, slimy, crazy, annoying) told, that my mother and I had stolen her used underwear. That is an extremely stupid lie. Can we sue her?

My doctor did a urine test. They want to find drug abusers and report them. They told me that they found morphine in my urine. I have never used this drug. They did a mistake. Can I sue them for character assassination?

What kind of lawyer do I need for character assassination?

So, I'm 19 years old and majoring in engineering. I plan to get my degree first before joining the army. I will be done in about two years.

However, after finishing my degree, I want to join the Army. My questions are:

1) How long do I have to serve. I have heard some people say two years, while others say eight years. I want to go to medical school eventually, so I don't want to spend too long in the Army.
2) What is the Individual Ready Reserve?
3) If I join the Army, what MOS's are available to me?
4) I am an Arab-American who was in Kuwait when the US kicked Saddam out, so I want to give something back to the US. I love this country and its ideals -- however, I don't feel our current political leadership lives up to its ideals. What is it like in the Army for liberals/non-Republicans? I have heard all sorts of things, like the army is super-conservative. Can any enlisted soldiers tell me what it is like in the Army politically?

Thank you so much!

I understand that when people come here illegaly they are braking the law. Does that make them automatically criminals? if that's the case then MOST of us are ALSO criminal because at one point or the other we have broken the law, like speeding ticket, driving without a lisence or insurance or even something small like a parking ticket, I believe that the term criminal should not apply to that, by the way I am not saying that it isn't wrong to come here illegaly, I know it's wrong I just don't think they should be called criminal, that's all.

I find it interesting that so many of my friends and co-workers feel that the government or someone owes them something. They shouldn't have to pay or be responsible for anything according to them. What ever happened to working hard and personal responsibility? Should the government be depended on to take care of the all the needs of all its people?

What do you think?

I guess I was delete by a report on me.
Hello
I am a Minuteman. We are a group trying to help many which started with a few and has now grown very well and is still growing. We try to hurt no one. And yes we are shot at often by Drug Lords. And we are of all races since someone asked. Many from Hispanic origins.
Many answered I had over 30 before I was deleted. Not a question was the reason.
So my questions are how are we harming you? What laws do we break? And do you think we have a purpose?

I have to court for the 2nd time on July 17 after three years from the first court date. I am trying to get an increase on payments. I pretty sure he is making more money. He has been with H.E.B for three years. Can I expect payments to increase or decrease if he has another child with someone else. They are not married and the other girl does not have him on child support for thier child. I am scared that I would get less. Right now I am only getting $41.00 a week. What do I expect on my court date. Please help this single mom.

We gave weapons and support to Saddam Hussein back in the 1980's? What was the thinking, if any, behind that?

Well actually...no. Not all of them. There are some really worrying opinions aired on Y!A. Please tell me you're not all so right wing. Are you really being invaded by massed hoards of the Mexican unwashed? Perhaps it's just a severe case of paranoia.

I love liberal conspiracies.

"Man, Bush knew they didn't have WMDs and he went anyway."

Let's ignore that Saddam had them before, used them on the Kurds and Iranians and was, let's say, less than forthcoming with the UN inspectors. How could Bush know that he didn't have WMDs? Does he have god-like powers? You can know someone has it or be pretty sure, you can also think someone has something, but not be totally sure because it's hundred of thousnads of square miles of empty desert. It's impossible to know that someone doesn't have something in there entire country.

You can't lie when it comes to intelligence if there are some reports to the positive. Intelligence officers sift through hundreds of different accounts and make their best guess. The whole "Bush lied, people died" is crap. Overzealous and biased interpretation of data, maybe, but there isn't a lie in there.

He or his PR man asked a question, but when real people try to answer then we can't even get anything.
Why don't we give more money to people that hate us?
Because we are tired of it.
