Yeah, they were going to build it out of Leggos until the Leggos people moved their plant to Mexico.
Seriously though, their are plans for a fence, but that's a lot of border to cover and fences don't do much good - people either jump them or cut them to get through.

yeh...but why? the taxpayers have to foot the bill? or is it private funding?..i think its absurd to build a wall..makes me think of the berlin wall thingy..
