If any NCO or officer gets caught abusing drugs they are kicked out of the service.

We prefer to know that we can count on the people giving us orders.

I presume you mean career officer and excessive.

If it was alcohol and was the first time, they would probably be counseled and given another chance, illegal drugs would probably get them thrown out, possibly without their pension.
