My fiancee and I were coming back from vacation and I got pulled over in another state to get home. The trooper said that I was going 85 in a 65, which I know I was not doing because I had an idea that there was a cop in front of me. How do I go about dealing with this? We live a considerable distance from where the citation was issued at, and it isn't easy to go back to attend court. When he pulled me over, he stated that he had caught me by stopwatch and radar and when he pulled to the side of the road to pull me over, I was going 65. Any advice anyone has before I go to a lawyer would be greatly appreciated.

If you believe in your party, in what it stands for, in what it is trying to achieve, whether you are a Democrat or a Republican, then why do so many feel you need to lie, to distort the facts, to deflect the real issues, in order to get your point across?

Any politician who feels he or she has to distort the truth, to manipulate facts, to falsely accuse his or her opponent, to get elected doesn't deserve to be elected to anything in this country.

If you can't win purely on the strength of your platform your whole agenda is a sham.

It's simply immoral and we deserve better than this.

...making decisions for all regarding my country? I did my OWN survey; I find another self appointed leader called Sealrborders wanting to abolish the first amendment. I want to upgrade so I can return to the Navy now that I've grown up. I want to get back out there! I know I have to seek a hearing with a review board, but what should I present to them? How do I prove to them that I'm a productive member of society, I stay out of trouble, and I'm a community helper? Do they care to read letters of recommendation? Who should those letters come from?

In each episode there must be some criticism against Bush's administration, the war and the negativity of the American people and how they're submissive to Bush while he's ripping them off yet they pretend otherwise. And how ignorant Americans are about politics and the reasons for war.... actually in one episode a woman said she's embarassed that she's American and they gave some innuendos that Americans should be embarassed of the soldiers who are in Iraq, but of course they couldn't say it straight or the media will hunt them down.

Isn't that a great show for Americans to learn something, and for non-Americans to know that there are still some good Americans alive... jewish or not, they're doing a nice show... don't u agree?

Greater tax revenues lead to more spending for the government programs that Liberals covet.

Instead, they continue to rant and rave at how "tax cuts for the rich" have led to greater deficits. Pure B.S. and typical propoganda from the left. Again, the facts say otherwise (check with the IRS). You have never understood how to mange tax policy and you never will. Learn from recent history.

I guarantee that the Dems will use lies about tax cuts in order to fan the flames of class warfare prior to the next election. The uniformed among us will follow them like sheep. Very sad indeed.

2006?? The A.P. says "the U.S. population is on target to hit 300 million this fall,and it's a good bet the milestone baby will be hispanic"! So,if our population reaches 300 million THIS year,how many will there be in TWENTY years???
