i hate it...my family lived here for almost 16 years.....i was born in U.S when we lived here for only 2 years.......we had nothing but we still managed to get ourselfs up....all of those people comin in illegally are ruining it for all of us they embarras me and its not fair then they expect us to help them out.........forget them

The difference is my ancestors from 350 years ago didn't have immigration forms to fill out and have to pay fees and get put on waiting list and hope to get in with this years immigration quota from so-and-so country. While I don't agree with illegal immigration I do understand how complex and expensive it has become. Let's face it, if your in Mexico and have a couple thousand dollars and a couple years or more to wait to legally come to the US, you probably don't need to.

My family, many of which are legal immigrants, find it extremely offensive. It's insulting.

"Immigrates" don't think anything, as it is IMMIGRANTS who entered the country. You immigrate to someplace but you are then considered an immigrant.
