I had like 50 people at my house this weekend and the cops showed up at 5am cause the neighbors complained (those *******, thats the 4th time they've called on us, the other 3 for having fires.... and we werent even being that loud either..)

Anyway, if I didnt consent to them coming in, would they have to just leave? I've been reading about the 4th ammendment but havent found anything directly related to this... I want to have parties at my house again but dont want to go to jail cause a few people happen to not be 21.

Yesterday I posted a question out of anger, asking why Mexican immigrants are the only immigrants noticed by people in the US. Now I asked that question, because I was angry by some of the comments people were making regarding immigration. Now let me ask you this: Why are people rascist against Mexicans in general? People always presume that just because a persons Mexican that they are immigrants. Let me tell you, my family has been in California and Texas since they were a part of Mexico. All of my cousins and brothers and sister have graduated college, and now have successful careers. They all own their homes, and live a great life. America is the land of opportunity, there should be no reason that people judge Mexicans so cruely. Just because some Mexicans are bad, doesn't mean we all are. There needs to be a change. This is ridiculous. We all bleed the same color!

Do you think that they deserve the same rights? are we not all gods children or should we punish someone for being born on the wrong side of the fence
To all the people who spoke negatively I appreciate your response. I just wish people wouldnt be so ignorant. My husband pays taxes he pays alot in taxes. Me and my husband are better off then alot of people who live in the US. Were not on welfare we dont have free medical. We own our own house, we drive a brand new GMC 2006 Truck. We have great furniture. alot of you said maybe he should have came here legally. it is very difficult. It takes yrs and yrs to do that, not only that but it actually cost a great deal of $ to do that. My husband is brave for walking 3 days in the desert. I think my husband is incredible for the ordeal he had to go through to have what you and I take adantage of. How lucky that we are able to fly to vacation in Mexico. How lucky that we are born as I like to say on the right side of the fence.

If the answer is "No", presumably I can write a book called "The Da Vinci Code", call myself "Don Brown" and become a millionaire, as soon as I can find the time to write it!

In my opionion, Sarah Jane Porter has committed an act that will result in the pre-meditated murder of a man whom she persuaded to have natural sex with her in the clear knowledge that she would infect him with HIV. Having been prosecuted and found guilty of the lesser crime of GBH, she has committed murder and has been given a 36 month custodial sentence, of which she may well serve less than 24 months. How many other men and women out there are planning and carrying out similar murders? Will those numbers snowball now that is clear the law is a complete ***? For the record, this site edited my comparison of the law to a four legged beast of burden, not me!

With many lies, wars, and bad leadership in the USA, he claim to be Evangelical.

Didn't he have some connections with the Jews, or the Free Masonry Secret Organisation?

Because what he is doing, a True Christain cannot do that.

The three young men who were caught on CCTV stabbing defenceless victims about three weeks ago, they were obviously there, they definitely did it, what is wrong with hanging them. I understand that in cases where it is not 100% that someone did commit the crime they should not be hung but when there is concrete evidence what harm can it do. They stabbed a young student to death because they knew they could get away with it....surely we need harsher penalties for such evil individuals?

I never heard of a politican not taking office because they failed their pre-employment drug screening. It might have caught Marion Barry ahead of time, and he was doing a lot worse than some bud in college to relax after exams.

If there is no screening in place, I say we lobby for random testing of our elected officials!!

President George W. Bush said that he would not seek a third term, how would you react?

I would have like to see Buhs run a third term, but I would respect Bush's decision after eight years in office not to seek office a third time.
