I was just wondering because i heard someone said this and i want to know if it is true. If someone is on someone's property riding a dirt bike or four wheeler and gets hurt. would that person who got hurt be able to sue the person who property it is? And if they dont have any insurance on the property would it come out of there pocket?

Just so we're clear - I'm not asking who was the best President, but who was the best man in the job. I'd have to say Jimmy Carter.

I hear all these answers about see an attorney and how so many would take my case if it were a strong one, but its not that I haven't tried. I have contacted at least five attorneys not counting the ones that screwed me and they declined to help me. All of these attorneys are connected and dont want to turn on their fellow peers. I need names of someone who might listen to me and help.

The United States has come to be hated, tolerated, and insulted in most of the world for it's interference with other countries. Should we become the isolationist country we tried to be before WWI or should we continue to play the major role in world affairs we have for the past 60 years?

Of everything that is going on in the world, such as uncooperation between countries such as Iran, North Korea, Mexico and a few others. Would our American military be able to take on more than one county at a time, or would the American people have to also lend a hand?

I mean, it would be one thing if they ran on even a single original idea, but the Dems don't even have a platform! Well, I guess you could say they do, if "the other guy is wrong" is a platform. All they do is say "we shouldn't have done that" but they never offer any ideas of their own. They should be called the 20/20 hindsight party. Although when looking back, they STILL often get it wrong. I'm glad we didn't have a Dem in office the last term and a half, or we'd be missing skyscrapers in ALL our major cities. Crying "can't we all just get along" won't work with a terrorist.

So tell me, what "ideas" are the Democrats recruiting you with these days? Oh, and one little catch... don't use "the other guy is wrong" or "we shouldn't have done that" as your reasons, because that is the cop-out of a weak mind.

All soldiers that enlist in the Army have a contract and that contract has an effective date of when it begins and ends. In order to stay in the Army you re-enlist to stay longer, like a contract renewal. Before the War in Iraq if you didn't reenlist you would transition out of the Army and be welcomed into civilian life. Now that soldiers aree being stretched so thin that it is not uncommon to meet a soldier that hast spent 2-3 years in one of America's war zones enlistment and reenlistment numbers aren't what they used to be. In order to maintain oue fighting strength the Department of the Army gave the "green light" for commanders to keep soldiers who choose not to renew thier contracts past thier contractual end date so they can deploy.
