Well, you can always get involved with the local pro life group. They usually know what to do in these situations. Most often if an injunction is filed and there is a court visit where your lawyer can point out what happens during the abortion, how the heart is beating, and what could happen to the mother during the abortion. She will most likely not have the abortion. Any decent person will not commit murder. The problem with the world now is that abortion is excepted and not viewed as murder often enough. There are a lot of great people out there who would love the baby and be excellent parents. If she feels like she can't be and that you would not be suitable. Maybe you can agree to allow an adoption. If giving the child up will keep it alive it may be the better choice. Many families will agree to open adoptions. It can range anywhere to you getting pics a few times a year or seeing the child monthly. Plus in an open adoption you get to pick parents and interview their lifestyle.

Not sure on NY laws you need to consult a lawyer. Morally I would give him the choice on whether or not he wants the child. It's just as much apart of the male as the female.

No.

As the father you only have the right to pay for the child. You have NO other rights.
