Yes, I had to do a paper for one of my class about legalizing weed. They say the reason they can't legalize it, is because you can't tax it. Well I feel if you can tax everything else you can find some way of taxing it. Its weird that having weed on you is a bigger offenence then crack or cocaine, or even meth. And to me those are the most dangerous drugs. I think there is some funny business behind that. But I will not get into is. Yes it should be legal, and smoking cigerettes should be illegal

Weeds are legal. We have to pull them out of our gardens regularly.
If ya mean POT, then sure. Why not? It's no less unhealthy than other legal chemicals. The psycho-active effects are actually LESS dangerous than with alcohol. How many brawls, murders, rapes, are fueled by pot? Few, if any. It's personally not my thing, but if you're responsible about it's use, then have at it. The hostess cupcake company, and twinkey makers will rake in a FORTUNE if pot's made legal!! l0l

Yes, at least for medicinal purposes. Anything that can ease the pain of a terminal cancer patient should be OK. I mean, we already give them powerful opiates, why not weed?

Yes. the main two reasons it is not, are because of the racisim of the early 1920's and the impact it would have on the forestry industry, i.e., paper mills and such.

Medical Marijuana should be legal!

the only reason it is not is because of the revenue created for law enforcement by keeping it illegal. it would be more beneficial to legalize it, but then we would expect police to do actual police work.
