went to emergency room for my back but have no record of going there in my records, or of going to chiropractor

I think all medical records go to missouri or something...I got mine in the mail.....if you'd like I can look for the address and send you a 360 message with it........

wow. that may be hard to locate considering ft dix no longer does basic training, and I heard a rumor that its closing down. As well as the fact that army medical treatment is done by tri-care. You may have to work with them, they may have transfered your records over there.

Medical records usually don't have to be kept for more than 10 years. Most people shred them after that amount of time to save storage space. Sorry, they're probably gone.

Good luck, my son is Officer in Army & he has had same shot 3 times in 1-1/2 yrs., because it is not in file. And NO, it is not Bush's fault!

Check with the National Archives in St. Louis. They shoudl still be there on film.
