No, the money you've given to a Bondsman is for their services... That is unless you actually gave the court a surety bond out of your own pocket, in which case yes, you do.

Yes! When you pay bail in order to get out of jail, it is merely a guarantee that you will show up for court. If you showed up and the case was dismissed, you kept your side of the bargain and will be refunded the bail. If you have any court costs, they might deduct them from the amount you are to be refunded, depending on your state.

Bailmoney is set to make sure you show up. If your case is dismissed and you are there.... you get your money.
If you are not there.. I don't know. Technically you would not get it but... just kidding Yes you get it back normally.
