Where can a South African, staying in Canada, apply for a visitors visa to Serbia?

Hi..I was surprised to learn that you do need a visa...

But you can apply for it at the embassy in Toronto..

You need these...

Valid passport
Completed visa application

South Africans do not need photos, invitation letter, or proof of immunization...

Go to the South African Consulate. They'll take care of you.
