Have you ever given your hamster bottled botter instead of tap water? If so what brand? I'm just trying to see if I over spoil mine because I have given him bottled water.

Well, today i got a guinea pig. And i have no idea what im about to name him. Well this is what he looks like: he is brown and white. the left side of his body in the front is white and the right side is all brown. he's really small. his left ear is pink. he loves to run around every where. and gets scared at times. So thats basically it! Im really lookin for a unique name that describes him. You dont have to give me a lot because i dont want alot to choose from. So just give me 1-3 possible names. Thanks!

We have a 12 ' alligator in our pool and we are thinking about keeping it for a pet.It just appeared one day. What's the best way to train it and house break it? How can we train it to let us know when it has to go out side? It minds pretty good except when I command it to ' not bite'. I did'nt need stitches but it can get costly. It is an excellent security system.No one ever comes in our yard, that we know of. But how do we train it not to poo on the carpet?. Any advise would be gratful.

i am 5ft4 and ride a 13hh pony. I'm about 9st and feel very heavy on him although he is cobby. In photos i only have a couple of cms left before my legs go past his belly. My friends say i look fine but i disagree.

my sisters horse has had about 8 months of work and can be a handful at times. but when he learns, he takes to it quite quickly. my sister who has just had a baby, is thinking about selling him but is devastated. the horse (sam) doesnt like the farrier unless he has food, will not be caught at all unless at least 2 people round him up and can be nervous. since having a baby my sister has lost alot of her confidence and is abit scared, so i want to try and help if i can.

can anyone advice me on how i could possibly solve any of these problems? and do you think re-schooling may work?

any ideas? please help!! xx

I've had my Roboviksi (spelling?) dwarf hamster over 2 weeks. I heard that "robos" dont usually bite. (of course like any creature they will nip at you)But he has been nipping me he doesnt bite hard or anything no blood comes out but I was just wondering is it because im waking him up? is it cause he is eating something and i touch him and he thinks im going to take his food (i know dogs do that)? I dont startle him or anything i call his name when i open the cage. i let him sniff me and everything. Is there a perticuar reason they nip at you besides being startled or woken up? he lets me pet him sometimes but other times not so much. Do u think its the soap im using? food on my hands that he smells? I know he is used to me by now cause most of the time i dnt have a problem with petting him just sometimes he nips.

Hi Guys please help I have just taken on a new horse of whom has bald patches over his face, that is not itchy! I have tried treating it with antifungal shampoo and betadine on a daily basis, but it seems to have got worse I have noticed that the skin is black where it is falling out he is a chesnut horse! please help, I am now applying cornecresent (i think thats how you spell it) to aid with hair regrowth and I have also ordered a product called MTG from america which aids in hair regrowth! does anyone have any ideas as to why he is losing his hair on his face, I feel so sorry for him.

I am looking into getting a potbellied pig. I live on a farm, so they would have a huge field to run around in. I know very little about pigs, so I was wondering if I could keep them in a barn? Would it get too cold in there for them? It gets really clod during the winter. How much indoor room would they need? I looked online, but it kept giving me info on indoor pigs. I don't want them inside.

Also, anything I should know about keeping pigs? Thanks!

It has gotten so bad, he can't fit down his tube anymore. I have tried to get him to come out and excercise, but he runs around for hours and it doesn't seem to be helping. My freind says to feed him healthy foods,but i'm not sure if feeding him more is a good idea. What should i do?
