Is their anything you can give them to drink that can clean up his breath?

and is their anything you can spray on your dog so they smell good?

maybe something laying around the house?

I'm thinking about raising a puppy for an orginazation that trains guide dogs for the blind, and I'm just wondering if anyone else has done this and can give me any info or advice. I tend to get rather attached to animals, so I know I would have trouble giving it up at the end, but I think it would be a good experience, and it would allow me to have a pet for a while without giving a long term commitment.

My dog is approx. nine months and I noticed a "fishy" smell orginating from her vaginal area. She gets regular baths and is up to date on her shots, I was wondering if this was an indication that she may be about to start her doggie "period". This smell didn't start until about a month ago

have any of you tried giving your dog garlic?
did it work?

if it does work.. can't you just blend the garlic up with some water and then just spray it on their coat?

yes i have two dogs and my neighbor has 2 dogs we in our neighborhoood we have chainlink fence that we share like one side of there fence in our fence and there dogs keep trying to dig and push the bottem fence to get in my yard what can i put along myside of the fence to keep them from getting into my yard?

Who frickin' decides what the breed standard is? All these supposed "lovers of dogs"? Who do it purely for the love and not for all the cash? And their the first ones to cry out against puppy farms(which I DO NOT ADVOCATE)but should they not bear some of the responsibilty?(Sure hurts their market share, doesnt it?) I mean hell, its a profitable racket, isnt it? Who made it that way? They dont carry or birth the pups themselves? So why do purebred animals cost so incredibly much money??????????????????????????????? Is it not enough to provide them with loving homes? And the margin is sickening. You can get a fully spayed/neutered and vaccinated dog from one of the hundreds of thousands of animal shelters around the world for less than a hundred US dollars. So these "papered" dogs are worth ten times as much? Feel free to disagree, I would love a genuine reason for this phenomenom? Why ounce for ounce some dogs are worth more than GOLD?

I tried feeding her boiled chicken after I noticed she didn't want to eat her puppy food (Iams brand). She loves the chicken but it gave her diaherrea. So I stopped giving her chicken. Now it's worse, she won't even consider eating dog food at all. HELP.
