What makes your collie the best in Wales? Can it do tricks, can it count numbers, can it wear a seatbelt in a car....does it think its human or something?????
Without knowing the answer to these questions then I couldn't possibly say yours is the best collie in wales....I would say mine is when we come on holiday to Wales! And yes mine does wear a seatbelt and think he is human and understand everything you say to him....including wales!
