around our yard yet. However, we just finished the floor to thier kennel. Occasionally we let themgo outside alone. But not really anymore since they are getting more curious. But they ahve a listening problem. Well Kira is pretty good. But mogan knows Im soeaking to her, but will sit there and lok at me. When I try to go get her, she runs. Why? I do not beat her, of course. Put i certainly grab her scruff when she doesnt come and make her move to me. The two girls beat eachother up there, I would figure it wouldnt hurt her. She will actually sit right in front of me, but not come to me. Shes very loving and is trying to sit on my la right now. She only what seems afraid of me when shes doing something bad. I know dogs can sense tone in the voice. Maybe i sound like Im going to do something bad to her. O but when i have a treat, she comes. They are very smart, sometimes I think she think she rules me, how can I make myself there dominant? I am 4' 10" and they are soon to be bigger than

I think some of you are misunderstanding me. My rottie does get exercised 4 times a day. He then comes home, runs straight to the back door to be let out there to do poop. He will wee when he's out on the lead but refuses to poop. One person who answered my question was rude which was unnecessary. I am seeking genuinely helpful answers, not ridiculous ones!

dowormed x 3(canex), just given their vaccine, they're still healthy and playful though. Should I give them an antibiotic? If so please specify. Can't afford a vet now, money went all to the vaccine.

my german shepard who is 1 was hit by a car... took her to the vet and xray showed that she has a shattered pelvis... picked her up yesterday and the vet said she would have to have surgery. The cost of the surgery is around about 3,000. does anyone know if most animal hospitals would do financing or if i have to have the money upfront.... the vet also said that sometimes they heal on their own.. is that true? i dont want her to suffer anymore than what she has to... thank you... any advice would greatly be appreciated in this matter! have a great day!

I would like a natural, safe, economical way to treat fleas on my outside dog. I have tried Sevin dust, and it was not too effective.

Heh... I walk my 2 dogs every day. And every time we're out, they've gotta poop.. -_- Now, I KNOW everyone's gonna hate me, but I don't pick it up... I feel ashamed already as it is... I know I should, but... where in the world are you supposed to put it after you've picked it up in a doggy bag? Do you carry it with you? Eewww.... It disappears within a day or two anyway, so.... um? I just want to know where in the world you're supposed to throw it? B/c I'm thinking about getting some doggy bags since it seems they just LOVE to lay little treasures all the time. xP (I'm 15, btw, if anyone wants to know)

because i just love them so much and i know they are awesome with kids and gentle dogs, but since they are a tracking breed, how would he or she get along with my two cats? my cats are both indoor cats and front declawed so couldnt really protect themselves. should this be a concern ?

Does anyone know a type of job where I can take my dog with me? I know it's very unproffesional but, he's 2 and needs to be watched. He's very good when I'm around. When I'm not he gets into things and tears up the house.Talk about Dr. Jekell and Mr. Hyde! Also, the last time he got into things I had to take him to the vet for surgery because he thought coins are just fun treats. I love him dearly. I don't believe in keeping him in a cage, anyway he's a very big 2yr. old. I've even tried keeping him in the backyard, all he did was bark because I wasn't around. It got to a point where he barked so much the neighbors called the cops on me! This dog was given to me as a present after my mother and grandmother died. So please no comments on getting rid of him. He's one of the few reasons I'm alive today.

Yesterday I noticed that there was a gap between the 2 center teeth, so I checked it out. One was very lose and a cracked. Then I also noticed that the other 3 front ones are a little lose, but not too terrible.

She may have bitten something very hard, which explains that cracked tooth. But I don't think this would explain the others though. Has anyone experienced lose teeth in their dogs?

I asked earlier question, has anyone kept a dog they hate? explaining that I have kept the dog because I am not irresponsible. If I was irresponsible then I wouldnt care in the slightest. So why do these dog lovers try and say I am.

Would it not be irresponsible to keep such a mad animal around a newborn baby?
Do you really think that a dog is more important than a person?

She is having her birthday soon and she really wants a dog. I know what kind too, a redbone coonhound. Her parents don't want to spend the money though but otherwise it is fine. Is it a good idea? I will give her stuff for her dog for her b-day too and maybe a little betta fish too (which she wanted, she spotted a pretty one in the pet shop and I will see if it is still there).
