I just adopted two terrier mix dogs, a male and a female. I don't like their current names and would like to change them (they're only a year old). I would like to name them after a famous or well known male/female duo. My first pick Bonnie & Clide. Any suggestions?

episodes. any ideas what it is? Please do not say take him to the vet, his appt is tomorrow, i just want to know kind of what to expect. i was told it may be tapeworms, and the seizures are because his blood sugar is too low due to the worms. he had fleas really bad when i bought him, so that kind of fits. what do you think?

I have a miniature schnauzer who is reaching the end of his life and my family has been considering putting him to sleep at home. Is there any way that this can be done humanely without the assistance of a vetinarian? I've been checking Google for options, but the details I've found are sketchy. I'd rather take the dog to a vet as opposed to doing myself and botching it.

Does anyone have experiance with this and can offer a solution?

My poodle is very picky when it comes to eating. He loves real chicken, chicken pileau and canned dog food with chicken flavor. He don't like that canned food that has chunks with gravy. I know I've got to start feeding him a healthy diet because he suffers so bad skin allergies and that deals with a dogs diet.

I bought him a can of Iams chicken & rice entree and it was moist and he really liked that. I was hoping someone could tell me if that's a good choice for my dog or what should I feed him that he'll enjoy eating?

I've ordered some oatmeal shampoo and moisturizing conditioner for skin allergies to hopefully help soothe him and to help with tangles.

If anyone can give me some advice please do.

i have been living in a 3 unit apt for ten years with my husband and two little boys. this is a NO pet apt. and 3 months ago i rescued a little chihuhua and we decided to keep her. she is very quit and calm. and everything was fine until my downstairs neighbors told on me (which they say are very sorry for doing that ) and he showed up at my door and told us the dog has to go. i had been on celexa for a year until i found the dog and slowly came off the pills and my dr. was very happy and told me that the dog probably had something to do with it. i now am going crazy since this morning and dont know what to do. my landlord is an attorney in san diego, who comes by once a month to collect the money from the laundry room.. he does not live on the premises. my neighbors told me go ahead and keep the dog and if he asked we'll say that she's gone, but i dont want to lie and be evicted incase he finds out. is there a law or anything that i can do to keep my dog. please advise. tx

Trying to find out the different breeds in my mutt, he is 80lbs and can stand up to 68 inches off his hind legs. He is balck and white and the shelter said he was a lab mix, and 1 year old, but look at his paws, because I think he is still growing. Thanks in advance, Nick, CA, I will send a picture to all that respond via email.

He is a large breed dog so he will need to drink a lot of water. I am looking for something that is easy to clean and not too easy to knock around. Thanks.

I have a 9-month-old beagle/chihuahua mix who I love very much. The problem is, she absolutely can't go outside by herself! She will go potty outside, but only if you make her go to the yard and stand there while she does it. She is so freaked about being left alone that she will literally hold it for hours until someone goes outside with her. If we do make her go outside, she barks and scratches on the door, and I mean she barks LOUD. She has someone at home with her almost all the time, but when we leave or go to bed. she is put in a crate. She hates the crate and barks for an hour or two after going in it and will poop and pee all over it and then ROLL in it. She also wakes up at 3 a.m. and starts barking non-stop. I think it might help her to sleep with me at night, but my husband thinks that will just add to the problem. He wants to take her to a shelter, but I can't do that! I am willibg to try ANYTHING to help her! Please give me some advice!

Sometimes my husky will come up to me and bows his head and tries to hide it between my knees, or if i am stretched out on the couch he jumps up and burries his head under my arms. At night time he burries his head under a pillow, takes it out, licks my face and then tries to burry it in my hands or any other place like a blanket or my arm pitt.
