Trying to find out the different breeds in my mutt, he is 80lbs and can stand up to 68 inches off his hind legs. He is balck and white and the shelter said he was a lab mix, and 1 year old, but look at his paws, because I think he is still growing. Thanks in advance, Nick, CA, I will send a picture to all that respond via email.

I'm very good at identifying the breeds in a mixed dog. Send his picture and I'll try to help you out.

I worked at an animal hospital for a couple of years.... I might be able to help. You can e-mail me a picture of him at nanacarolync@yahoo.com. I'll try...we use to see over 200 patients a day so i've definitly seen many different breeds.

Don't really have enough info, as several dogs can be large & white (Great Pyrenees, Great Dane, American Bulldog, Dogo Argentino to name a few). Labradors can be 80lb. or more, but if mixed with a smaller breed the result would generally be smaller.

Some Great Danes look like big Labs mixes.

Sometimes mutts are so mixed there is not a distingishable breed in them.

It's a MUTT!!! MONGREL!! You'll NEVER be able to predict ANYTHING!

Makes ABSOLUTELY NO DIFFERENCE what PREVIOUS MUTTS went into it.
Shelter people call ANY/EVERYTHING big & black a "lab mix"!! They DON'T KNOW!!

you can send me a full body picture. it will be best if there is some kind of indicator of his size. (like picture of him standing behind a coffee table or ac unit or whatever that is standard size)
