I have tried the powders you put into their food. She stopped eating her own, but now she eats the other dogs poop. His is the only poop she eats. I have another dog she doesn't like his poop I guess. They are all on the same diet. She is 3 years old, I have had her for about 9 months, she was a kennel dog. I know this is a habbit from her cleaning after her puppies. How do I get her to stop when the food additives don't work? No chemicles please. I mean, she will wait right by his butt and literally catch it coming out. I have taken her to the vets and she has no deficiancies. Please help.

MY 4 month puppy, (been with her since she was 1 month old) has gone into a kennel for 2 months (because we have to travel)... will she still remember me after this time?

She is a lovely, obedient puppy, and follows us everywhere (even to the toilet!)... all her favourite toys are with her also in the kennel, and 95% of the time she's afriad of other dogs/people.

Thanks in advance to all. (-_-)

I have a 3 year old Mini Schnauzer that is my only dog. I'm going away for a week or so and I need a good kennel for him. How do I decide what kennels are good? I want my dog to be safe...and I've heard a lot of horror stories about dogs getting sick, etc, at kennels. My dog lives at home where he gets attention pretty much 24/7. I know it'll be a big transition for him, but when I'm away, he needs to stay at a kennel. Please help! thanks!!

I have a 6 month old weimaraner. She's a great pet but we cant seem to keep her from jumping up on people when they come close. Its only because she's so friendly but some people get scared. We've tried everything to break her of this!!! We are considering a shock collar...has anyone ever used one? Is it just cruel? Or does it work?

my chocolate lab pup itches ALL THE TIME!!

i know it's not fleas...we had a minor run in with those when we got him and it's taken care of..so i don't need flea advice, thanks!

he is itching like mad all the time and i'm afraid he's going to start getting infected hot spots! he isn't oozing or anything right now, but he has already started to lose hair in patches from itching.

my husband is making a vet appt today, but does anyone know of any treatments we can give him until then, to ease the itching.
this just started about 2 weeks ago, so we can eliminate allergies, cine we've had him longer than 2 weeks and haven't introduced anything new to him, like house cleaners, or his food etc.

so, anyone know any moisturizers for dogs, etc??

i bought some oatmeal dog bath, but i worry about bathing him alot right now, b/c i don't want to dry out his skin....

any advice will be welcomed! thanks!

We want to re-do our landscaping, and don't want to worry about picking up all over the large yard. Any tips on encouraging him to go in a certain spot?

Ok the thing is I have four kittens that don't have a mother( other than me). I had five, but my puppy killed it, and ran away, because we had to hit her to get the new born kitten out her mouth. The kittens are older now, but there not afraid of dogs, I know this because a stray came to our yard and the kittens were all under it's feet. I'm scared that if I get another dog it might kill my kittens and i couldn't live without my kittys. What do you think I should do?

My dog which is mixed race (foxhound and chow chow) craves boiled eggs. She could easily eat 6 or more at any time and she seems so happy while eating them. But I wonder if that much eggs could be harmful to her. Thank you in advance for your reply!

I have never heard a dog cough, I am worried she may have some form of kennel cough, We thought it maybe allergies and she just has a congested nose. She started making these noises after being spayed.

I have a 2yr old rat terrier, he was kept in a little kennel for 2yrs by someone else, never really housebroken. He walks about 5 or 6 times a day, is leashed at night only, still has a few accidents in the house and I need to stop that ASAP! I would appreciate any helpful suggestions.

I don't want to kill them, just keep them OUT of my back yard. It's because of my dogs. My dogs can bite them and can get sick because of this.
