ok, I have a male & female guppy, ive noticed the female has a very black butt, but her stomach is small. The male though, his stomach is HUGE! It looks like he's pregnant (impossible).

The dog that I am talking about is a black labrador, I have a female german shepard that is fixed that so he could get his rocks off with her, but he doesn't. Is there a type of spray that I can get to put on the female to get him to want her. I don't want to chain my male dog up so he doesn't get out anymore. My fence is secure, but he gets out anyway. Any suggestions will help.

I have two cats, one girl who is a year old, living with me, and a boy 4 years old living at my mom's that I take care of. I've been bringing the girl to visit the boy every couple of weeks since she was a 10 week old kitten, the visits last about ten minutes. They have sniffed each other over and seem friendly, the boy seems to especially like the girl, they are both fixed. I took her over to see the boy today and I let her out of her carrier and she ran at him and they both bit on each other's necks, for a moment I was scared and almost seperated them, but then they both took off following each other back and forth in the house. There was no growling or hissing, but still it seemed pretty violent, and then they got along. Was this play, or aggresion?

He is gold, he is not much of a swimmer though. He usually spends his days floating upside down in his bowl. I dont know how he got away though! I take him for long walks regularly. He just..dissaperd. Anyways, if you do see him please contact me. I miss him dearly.

okay so my heater died in my ten gallon saltwater tank FOWLR so i threw in a25 watt adjustable heater i had spare and its heating it fine. the only thing im worried about is the water level line is up too high. my tank and the heater's little holder wont match up good. the water is below the water line. will this be okay?

i bought a new heater and it did the same thing. it was the same kind as my old one a tetra whisper submersible 50 watt. its preset and the temp in my tank dropped down to like 72 it ussually keeps it at 77 or so. i could only fine the same brand heater at my walmart. will i be alright with the 25 watt adj one i have now?

is the saltwater messing up the heaters? i know how to set them up right. let them get used to the water temp for 30min then turn it on and all that stuff.

also i have a tiger barb in another tank that looks like he has a busted lip will he be okay? hes just as active as the other ones.

Even though I have asked this question before I still don't know what to name my snake.

It is a Brazilian Rainbow Boa, it is going to be a male... I was thinking of Rocky... is that a bad name...

They glow that bluish color because their scales act like prisms, it's super pretty.... don't say something like monster because they only get about 6 feet long and about 10 pounds.

I used to volunteer at a no-kill shelter and we had one very large cat. He was not fat by any means. He was just large and very muscular. He also had a large head. He’s not one of those really long cats.

I have two tadpoles that are about 4 inches long and are starting to get their legs... I have heard that there is a period when they don't eat as they are loosing their tail and possibly a bit after it is gone? What's the truth on this exactly and how soon after they are frogs should I start getting them live insects to eat?

i have an oscar fish hes in a 10 gallon tank i know its small im getting a 30 gallon asap hes about 5-6 inches long and right now he has hole in head disease and ever since ive been cleaning the the tank about 50 % of it twice every week. but recently i see him on the bottom of the tank and jsut sitting there is he going to be k did i do somethign wron and plus there seems to be no sign of fin rot or any flaw except the head in hoel disease. does anyone think its to late for my oscar or if hes gonna make it

My glow fish has an eyeball that is popped out and it's swimming weird. It will land upside down on the bottom of the tank and lay there for a while then swim quickly and sideways all over then drop again to the bottom. What is wrong with it and how should it be treated?
