The only good thing I see in this list is the water. and taurine.

I always read ingredients both in my food and kitty's food. And I wouldn't feed Friskies.....it is junk.
I feed Felidae, Innova EVO and Chicken Soup for the Cat lover's Soul.
For wet food I make my own ever since the recall that killed or sickened THOUSANDS of cats and dogs due to tainted wheat gluten that was imported from China.
