What would I need? How much would it cost? Are there any websites that I can read to get a better idea of breeding them

Today we adopted a cat from the humane society. She's on hold for us at the moment until we get everything situated, but we will be picking her up tomorrow.

We were told she had fleas and was treated, which wasn't a problem, but she was treated today. She was given a chemical bath and Frontline, but our concern is that she will still have the fleas tomorrow. We saw her biting at her tail and scratching several times. We have two dogs and another cat at home to consider, and we don't want any of our other pets to get fleas. The workers said that the medication works within 24 hours, but we're still concerned.

Would you be concerned, if in my position?
Has anyone used Frontline? Were the affects immediate?

thank you so much :)

My husband and I were thinking of getting 2 sugar gliders, but I really don't know a lot about them. I've always had dogs and have taken care of very sick chihuahuas so I was wondering if anyone had any good advise or info on them? I've looked over web-site after website about them and read everything I can but really just wanna know if there's anything else I should know?
Also are they okay to have with asthma and allergies? My asthmas getting worse every year and I don't know how they are with that. I've asked on different forums for sugargliders but I never get a direct answer.

I just thought this was very insightful info...

Avocados (fruit, pit, and plant), Onions, Garlic,Grapes, raisins, tomatoes, nutmeg, caffeine, Diet products containing the sweetener Xylitol, macadamia nuts, walnuts, chocolate (baking chocolate is the most dangerous), Apple seeds, cherry, peach, plum, apricot pits, and pear pits, Raw liver or too much cooked liver , wild mushrooms, raw egg whites, Potato peels and green potatoes, dairy products and Pennies made from the 1980s to today.

The whole list and what these things do is here..

Just thought it was worth mentioning.

I have a 10 gallon with a 150 gallon filter. It has been cycling for about 2 weeks with 1 male betta in it. My question is how many small tropical schooling fish could I have. Each will only get to 1 inch. Also If I decide to get blue rams or another small cichlid instead, how many cichlids could I have. I have 3 caves set up in there. I have plenty of fake plants. Very small substrate, as cichlids like to dig sometimes to bury eggs or just to rearrange the aquarium. Filter is adjustable flow from 50-150 gallons, so I will not have too much filtration or current. So, incase I lost you, my question is... How many 1 inch schooling fish could I have OR how many 3 inch small cichlids could I have. Also, could I fit two five inch fish in my aquarium.

Ok I have a male and female RES and I have them in like a 45 or 55 gallon tank and I was wondering if the setup I am going to put them in sounds good. I will have them in about 1 foot of water. Can I go out to my creek and find a big rock and stick to put in the tank for them? Is this bad or ok? I will have a bare bottom tank with nothing down there. I will obvisously have a lamp and filter and water heater. Does this sound good? Is there anything I can't do or shouldnt do? Please correct me if I shouldnt do something listed above.

My cat, chipmunk, is a four year old male. He is going for his neuter surgery tomorrow morning. I have a problem here trying to understand the form that my vet gave to me. The surgery costs 100.00

It suggested me to add, Health Check (blood work) $44.00, Blood Pressure $18, and Fluid IV $58, or Fluid SC for $45.

My vet procedure is just feline Castrate for removing the testicles in my cat's rear.

So do you all suggest me to add those things and what's your opinion? Confused and dazed with informations been given to me.

My cat surgery is at 8:45 am tomorrow morning. Hope everyone help me on time.

thanks

I'm getting one of these lizards and they are a Bearded Dragon or a Chinese Water Dragon. I don't know which one i should get. I know that both of them are hard work especially the water dragon since it gets bigger but i don't know which one to get.
I'm 12 and when i was little i always wanted a lizard but my parents wouldn't let me get one but then i asked them one for my birthday and they said yes so which one should i get? the color type lizard I've always wanted was green so the Chinese water dragon works but the bearded dragon is smaller and i don't care about the prices my mom know how to get cheaper things.
So what i mostly want is to know which one is a better pet. and to everyone who answers please be specific so i understand, Thank You!

We moved our fish from one room to another and since then they haven't been the same. They are not eating, moody, not swimming around, and one fatality has occured.
Any ideas as to what might be causing this alarming situation?
The move itself was on Friday, so less then a week.
Thanks!

I am thinking about buying thi product:LM Animal Farms Daily Liquid Multi-Vitamins for Guinea Pigs. I was wondering if I really needed it or if my piggie could live without it. The reviews are good ( you can find them on petco.com) but I am not sure I really need it.

A pregnant cat (we think she's feral) has moved into my family's garden. About a month ago, she had 3 kittens. We're thinking of adopting one, but keeping it as an "outside" cat. Owners of outside cats, what vaccnations do you give.your cat, how do you feed it, and just overall care? Please help!

We have a very old cat that is about 17 or 18 and pees all over our house. It is extremely skinny and we pay A LOT of money to medicate her thyroid problem and we have to put medicine in her ear twice a day. My parents are fed up with her peeing on the floor because she does it a lot. It smells up the house. She's not as alert as she used to be. If you're about to step on her she doesn't even move. I don't want them to put her down because she's been such a nice pet and she's very cute despite her age. I suggested keeping her outside and making her an outdoor pet but i live in vermont where it snows and gets very cold so she couldn't live outside in the winter. do think it is wrong of my parents and what would you do in this situation?
