He swallowed it last night around 7:30 - stolen from the kitchen table while I was loading up the dishwasher. Called the vet right away, he said to wait until Thursday and if it hasn't shown up to do an x-ray. The vet also said not to have him induced to throw up, he is 9 months old and weighs 33 lbs. He threw up liquid (we didn't feed him anything after he swallowed it) about every two hours last night, between 5-9 gags per session. Is there someone who has had this same thing happen, and what happened with yours - and also can I do anything to help him pass it better? The vet mentioned he would eat grass, which would bind to it to help it pass, what about rice or something...?? I'm just worried it will become blocked in his gut somewhere, it was a regular 4 inch leg bone.
Thanks

I was looking at Reptile Classifieds and certain animals it says that they "come with Article 10 papers". I was just wondering what these papers actually are?

We have a 7 yr. old Corgi and now my son is dying for a kitten. I've never owned a cat, and although I'd like to, I have no idea how to make the transition. Will the dog accept the cat, ignore the cat, or kill the cat??? Our dog has the run of the house. Sleeps under my bed or in bed with my son. Please help. thanks!

I had my betta in a glass vase that was about 2 gallons. I decided he needed a bigger home so I bought him a 5 gallon hexagon tank with a filter and a light. I was wondering is that big enough?

Also, are there any fish I can put in there with him? I feel bad for him that he's all alone but I dont know if he'll get along with other fish or not. Can I put a female betta in there? Or will they fight or breed constantly?

My pet yabbie is carrying eggs for the 2nd time but yet again they seem to be disapearing. Why would this be happening do they miscarry or something? or could she be eating them?
