they are inside bunnies and they are with their mother. now they just want to huddle in a spot on the floor (floorboards) to sleep. should i force them into a nest box at night or just leave them alone? i dont want them to get too cold. thanks

bunnies in the wild aren't with the nest long.

Once the babies are 3 weeks old and not wanting to be in the nest, take it out of their cage. The nest gets very dirty and sitting in it can cause infections. Don't worry about them being cold unless your house is very cold. They should have plenty of hair to keep them warm and they have each other. When the mom wants to feed them she will hop over to the biggest pile of babies and all the others will come running.

Leave them be, if the mother gets worried then she'll carry them back herself, remember your house is way warmer than bunnys have in their natural habitat, and it's as likely that they could be too warm in the nest than it is that they're too cold out of it.

They probably be OK. If you concerned you may make them a little nest where they are, just roll a few towels in a circle nest looking thing. Also, you may try putting them with the mother just to be sure they learn where it is, if, then, they want to be out it their choice.
