I just got a female betta and the day after I got her, her jar floor was littered with litrtle white spheres she didn't look like she had eggs she still looked sleeek and slender could they be eggs???

They do sound like eggs to me. I've bred bettas a few times, and it's possible for a female to relesae them if a male isn't in the tank (especially if she's stressed). The eggs won't be fertile, so you don't have to worry about removing them. If you leave them in with her, she'll either eat them, or they'll develop fungus.

I hope what you're keeping your betta in is fairly large - they should have a gallon (at the least) of water that's around 76-86o, and that's not easy to do unless it's in a tank. A filter will also help keep her tank cleaner.

yes the could i would keep her in the same cantaner for a few weeks if nothing happens then put her in a clean cage dont clen the cage till u r sure there not babys but if it is more then 3 weeks there not eggs and if they are babys once they hatch seporate them from the mother or she will eat them

yup it could be eggs, but without the proper condition of water the eggs would not hatch
