Floating turtles like to have some kind of a pool in their tanks. They eat three times a week, you would have to pick out three days a week and only feed them those days. Over feeding a turtle can result in death. They also get lonely so it would be nice to at least have more than one. When buying more than one turtle, make sure the tank will have enough living space for both turtles. Also keep in mind that a Floating turtle expands to fit the space he is living in. Meaning if you always keep him in a small tank he will not expand...but if you change him into a big tank he will grow over time. Be sure to clean the tank as much as three times a week and always provide fresh water.

Is it a toy? If not it needs a resting place. Floating forever is not even done by Sea Turtles!
