i have a redtail catfish and it ate 3 of my fishes. 2 of them were angel fishes and the other was a arowana. those were pretty big fishes too. the catfish is maybe 7 to 10 inches. and i have a 100g tank. wats the problem?

i have an 8 week old golden retriver who has worms, i know for a fact he dose not have tape worms but im having trouble figuring out the type he has.
i found the worm in his poop and its about hald the size of my ink pin and fat like the led of a pincle.
i have tried the safe guard dewormer that is suposed to take care of round worm, tapeworm ,whipworm, hookworm.
DIRECTION: 1 package for every 10lbs for 3 days.
my dog is 10lbs and he has received all 3 packages and it is day 4 and he still has worms in his poop.
what else can i try that will actualy work?
please help.

Or could it be a hairball? He has never done this, aside from once when we fed him tuna from the can. He hacked a bit, but nothing came up.

If the puppy you are buying or adopting is supposed to arrive in a plane (bec of distance you can't visit the place where the puppy was born), and the puppy looks healthy, how can you tell if the seller is a reputable breeder or runs a puppy mill?

I'll start from the beginning: We(I and my parents)have three boxers; a father a son, and a daughter. Now, the female puppy just had her first heat, and I tried to tell my mother to separate the dogs, but she only listened after she found the father and daughter stuck together. So, I'm pretty sure we are going to have inbred puppies. But that's not the worst part. Last weekend, my mom took the dogs to get their shots. I told her that it would be harmful to any puppies that Cleo might be having, but she didn't tell the vet, and Cleo got her shots anyway. So, not only could the puppies be retarted because they're inbred, but their imune systems could be messed up now, and the mother is too immature to have pups. My mom won't pay for an abortion, and I dont know what to do. Weve dealt with one of our boxers being pregnant before, but never like this.What do I do? Please dont call me a backyard breeder.Im only thirteen, and I tried to stop this from happening

I started noticing my fish in my tank was devolping white spots on them and first thought it was some type of Saltwater disease but come to find out my heater had failed and my water temp went up about 6 degrees and I took it out to check it and it shocked me so I think that was what was causing the white spots. So now I need to buy a new heater and I want a good one that will last, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!!

okay so my parakeet buzzard is very dive bomb like. i got him last december and he was very loving and sweet loved to kick it with ya. when i moved ( could have him due to living arrangemnets) a friend of mine took him and she played with him when she had the time but not much . but i just got him back and he is very hard to catch and skittish i have give him a week of just seeing me out sind the cage a talking to him. i still can't handle him he will tak off soon as you catch him any suggestions?

My cat is 12 years old. He is beginning to lose weight and he is overgrooming himself. He has been bald on his belly and upper chest area (by his front legs) but now is licking himself raw on his front leg (By the joint) and his back heel (on the joint). He also is starting to get little sores on his belly. He doesn't seem to be more lethargic or eating less. But he ALWAYS seems to be licking! please help me

when i first got my male betta i would come in to my room and he wouls swim around REALLY fast. then i would put three blood worms in the water and he would eat then in like one second. now he still freaks out but when i add the worms he like does not see them. sometimes i even have to put the tip of my finger in the water to get him to see them. i have only had him for maybe less then one month. he is in a little bit less then then a one gallon tank. every day he gets fed at like 9:30- 10. he geta 3 blood worms every day. i hope i added enough info for u to help me!!

I've had my dog for seven years now and never thought it was offensive to allow him to pee on shrubbery along the street, even if it happens to be at the edge of someone's front yard. He always walks on a leash and I pick up any solid material he may deposit. Today someone got quite offended I allowed him to pee on a tree trunk in their yard. It was right along the street's curb and the tree is very mature so I don't think it hurt the tree. Am I insensitive to think this isn't a big deal?

I was thinking about catching a little smallmouth preferably fry and putting it in my aquarium basically I was just wondering if anyone has ever done this before and how to. Me and my sister have just got two new abandon kittens we have had them for threee days, thier bowles are really bad but i think that is from the dehydration, but they are lacking vitamins. we can't afford kitten formula so we have been feeding them cowsmilk with egg yolks, a vet site said that was a good substitute, but they are still lacking vitamins.
Can i crush a little bit of a one a day vitamin in thier milk to give them the vitamins they need? the kittens are 2 to 3 weeks old.

she keeps resting at the bottom of the tank, but when other fish swim by she swims a little. her belly is very large on both sides looks a little see throught. eating is normal, my other fish are not as large as she is. if anyone could help me that would be great!

My 16 month old cat limps on and off from her hind legs, sometimes the right and sometimes the left one. She doesn't seem to feel any pain when I touch her legs or paws. She never goes outside. I thought maybe it could be that her nails are too long (I've tried to trim them but she just won't let me, I have scars in my hands to prove it!!), could that be it? She has no other symptoms, at least to my knowledge.

I already have an appointment to take her to the vet next week, but I'm very worried and it would really help me to know what it could be. I found her on the streets when she was just a couple of weeks old, so we have a strong bond. I really hate seeing her like this, hope it's nothing serious.

It seems to be behaving normally but it is about twice the size as normal and so looks really swollen. Its eyes are also bulging! Does anyone know what could be wrong and what I can do. It has been like this for about 48 hours. Thanks
