okay so my parakeet buzzard is very dive bomb like. i got him last december and he was very loving and sweet loved to kick it with ya. when i moved ( could have him due to living arrangemnets) a friend of mine took him and she played with him when she had the time but not much . but i just got him back and he is very hard to catch and skittish i have give him a week of just seeing me out sind the cage a talking to him. i still can't handle him he will tak off soon as you catch him any suggestions?

Sounds like he need to be re trained. Clip his wings and start out like you just got him. Step up and basic commands.
I've had to do this with my rescues and it will turn out fine. Just take your time with him. He is a different bird now.
