she keeps resting at the bottom of the tank, but when other fish swim by she swims a little. her belly is very large on both sides looks a little see throught. eating is normal, my other fish are not as large as she is. if anyone could help me that would be great!

Considering eating is normal, I would say she is most likely carring eggs. In almost all cases, a fish that has an illness causing it to bloat will no longer be eating.

When goldfish are pregnant, they only get fat on one side. Since she is big on both sides I would say no.
Sounds like there's something else wrong since she is lying on the bottom somtimes. Maybe internal parasites that would cause the lethargy and stomach growth. I would look into it more.

my guess would be dropsy, if she looks kinda like a pinecone when viewed from above. i would try doing a 25% water change and then treet with maracyn 2. dropsy is hard to cure so if this is the case you want do get right on it.
