Has anyone ever heard anything about a Silver Retriever. My brother's girlfriend is looking for this kind of dog and she wants to know how much it would cost.

ok, i have just recently put my (new) light on my tank and there is a massive ammount of yellow/brown.....goldish algae on my sand, on my live rock, and on the walls (on thermomoter, powerheads, filter...etc) is this the diatom algae or not? and, how do i lower the levels of the algae?.......possibly crabs or something????........
the nitrates and nitrites are at a good, low level ....but i'm going to test them again right now.......i'm going to test the ammonia now too....thanks 4 your time!!!!!

Hi. I just bought a Percheron on Wednesday and she's wonderful. She's 6 years old and dead broke, a really sweet girl.
But the only problem is that she doesn't stay going the direction I set her off in. She's always trying to turn and go check out other things. I have to correct her to get her to go the way I want her to.
How can I get her to not change direction unless I tell her to?
Sometimes it's a little of a struggle, she'll rubberneck sometimes, and she doesn't understand leg cues yet.
I've got her in a single jointed O-Ring, but have ordered a Tom Thumb because that's what the people who owned her before me used.
Any other suggestions?

My husband found 5 house sparrow eggs and brought them home. I put them into a shoebox with a towel and have a heatinglamp shining on them. At the right temperature though, I did some research.
How do I know if they are fertile?
I read something about candling them, but don't know how to do that.
Please help me out with that!

My puppy is only about a year old and he is now teething(sp). But it has gone way too far! He has chewed up a snow glove, his bed, TONS of stuffed animals, my T.V. channel changer, and all of his toys behind my back! Now I have no idea how too stop it! Please tell me what I should do! I'm not giving him away or putting him down so don't even bother writing that down! If you can tell anything I can do or any books that would be great! Thanks so much!

My dog has never eaten dog food ever since we got her about 4 months ago. She loves every other type of food apart from dog food! I could give her a bowl of cereal, she would eat it all. Same goes for every other food I try to eat! She just won't eat her own food. Is it the smell? Because I don't think she has ever even tasted it.

She is a lhasa apso if that helps.

I have a 10 galleon coldwater freshwater tank, with 5 goldfishes and 2 dojo loaches(weather loaches). When i placed 3 goldfishes in the tank a few months ago, i spoted white spots on its gill plate, i thought it was ich because it looked like it spreaded to the 2 goldfishes that was already in the tank. So i used RidIck + to fix the problem but it still didnt go away, maybe the dosage i put in the tank was too inconsistant, but i am running out of the medicine and it seems that the parasite is immune to the medicine, what should i do now, i need better solutions to get rid of those parasites(not even sure anymore if they are).

ps: also, it seems that some of the scales are missing or clearish today when was changing the water, i need some methods to take care of this problem, can someone help me?

My loaches have a mild condition of ich,
i got advice to add salt into the tank with heat

i found a package of aquarium salt and on the back it said that for tropical fish remedies and treatment, i should add one rounded tablespoon for each 5 gallons
i have a 20 (as of now),
and while i was adding one tablespoon into the tank
it seemed like enough salt
what do i do?
i dont want to hurt my fish

I have been taking riding lessons for a little over a year and a half now and I was wondering whether or not it would be a good idea for me to lease a horse or not. My instructor said she could help me find a horse and I could even try a half lease if I wanted to. I basically know how to handle a horse but I wanted some ones honest opinion. Thanks!

i have picked my dog up from a week in the kennels and everytime he tries to go for a crap he is yelping really bad, he has eaten and still not had a bowel movement and when i touch his underside he yelps aswell, there was sawdust in the kennels if he has eaten lots could that obstruct his back passage. a quick response would be gracoiusly received
